All these Petitioners are identically placed. The only prayer put forth by these Petitioners is that, their pending Appeal dated 14/06/2016 before Respondent No.1/Hon'ble State Minister for Revenue and Forest Department, may be decided within a time frame.

The learned Government Pleader submits that the Authority will have to first decide, as to whether the said Appeal is maintainable or not?.

In view of the above, all these Writ Petitions are disposed off. Let Respondent No.1 deal with the said Appeal of these Petitioners, within a period of 120 days. We make it clear that the said Authority would deal with the Appeal on it's own merits, including the issue, as to whether the Appeal is maintainable or not. We grant liberty to the Petitioners to mention appropriate form of the proceedings i.e. whether it is an Appeal or a Revision while addressing the Authority. (R. M. JOSHI, J.) (RAVINDRA V.
