PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilha Parishad, Aurangabad to forward the representation tendered by the petitioner on 10.11.2015 to the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad for taking appropriate decision, together with the comments of the Zilha Parishad, in respect of the objection raised on the representation. The Chief Executive Officer, Zilha Parishad shall forward the representation dated 16.11.2015 tendered by the petitioner, together with reply of the Zilha Parishad to the Divisional Commissioner, within a period of six weeks from today. On receipt of the representation, together with the comments of the Zilha Parishad, the Divisional Commissioner, shall take appropriate decision in the matter, after extending opportunity of hearing to the parties, if deemed necessary, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the representation.
