The Petitioners submit that they have succeeded in litigation right upto the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The Review Petitions are also dismissed by this Court. Yet, the correction and restoration of the consolidation record of the agricultural lands, owned and possessed by the Petitioners, has not fructified. 2.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, with a direction to Respondent No.4/Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Shrigonda, to consider the representation of the Petitioners, dated 27/04/2023, in view of the Judgment of this Court, the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, dated 24/11/2023,
