1] Learned counsel for petitioner states that father of the petitioner was allotted the land after having declared a particular land to be a surplus land. The said proceeding was confirmed up to this Court. During the pendency of the petitioner, father of the petitioner died. The petitioner filed an application for mutating the name of the petitioner in the relevant revenue record in the year 2011. However, no cognizance is taken of the same.

2] Mr. Gandhi, learned counsel for respondent No.4 states that said property belongs to respondent No.4 Trust. We have also heard the learned AGP.

3] In case the application of the petitioner (Exhibit F) is pending with the respondent authority, respondent authority shall decide the same in

{2} 54 sr. no..odt accordance with law, on its own merits, expeditiously after hearing all concerned and objections if any received, preferably within six months. 4] Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
