The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 4 to consider the petitioners' proposal/representation (Exhibit - 'Z') on its own merits, take a decision, and communicate it to the petitioners through headmaster as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within six (06) weeks in accordance with law.
