The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before respondent no.5 - Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities.

In the circumstances, we direct respondent no.5 - Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, to decide the appeal filed by the present petitioner, if not already decided, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of four months from today, on its own merits and communicate the decision to the petitioner.

It is needless to observe that while deciding the appeal, respondent no.5 shall keep in mind the principles of natural justice.

The Writ Petition stands disposed in the above terms.
