The petitioners/plaintiffs are aggrieved by the rejection of their T.I. application by the Trial Court vide order dated 16/09/2016. They are also aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 25/01/2018 by which the Appellate Court has rejected the Misc.Civil Appeal No.4/2016.

I have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. Prima facie, I do not find that the impugned orders could be termed as being perverse or erroneous. I find it appropriate to direct that the suit be decided within a time frame, since it is informed that the oral evidence of both the sides is concluded and final arguments are to be advanced.
