The mortgaged property of the Petitioner has been taken over under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 vide notice dated 02.02.2024.

In view of the above, the remedy for the Petitioner is to approach the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Disposal of the Petition would not be an impediment in the path of the Petitioner.
