Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Reference court and the fact that the land of the applicants was acquired way back in the year 1995, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this court and 25% on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Remaining 25% of the amount be invested in fixed deposit in any Nationalized Bank, initially for a period of three years and the fixed deposits be renewed thereafter from time to time until further orders. Civil application for withdrawal of amount is disposed of.
