Heard learned counsel for the applicants. It has been reported that the notice issued to respondent No.3 is returned unserved with remark that he was not found present at his residence.

Learned counsel for the applicants fled Civil Application No.1840 of 2020 seeking permission to serve notice on respondent No.3 through paper publication.

In view of nature of the subject matter and the report of Bailif, it would be justifable to reissue notice to respondent No.3 at the address given in title clause of proceeding of condonation of delay. Therefore, in Civil Application No.1816 of 2018, reissue notice to respondent No.3, returnable on 20.04.2020.

In addition, the applicants are permitted to serve notice on respondent No.3 through paper publication. Accordingly Civil Application No.1840 of 2020 stands disposed of.
