Civil Application No. 3032/2024 is filed by the original claimants for withdrawal of amount deposited by the Acquiring Body in this Court. This Court by order dated 16.2.2022 has already allowed the applicants to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court with interest. 2.

Considering that it would be appropriate to fix the appeal for final disposal instead of allowing the applicants to withdraw the amount. Considering that the civil application stands disposed of. 3.

First appeal be fixed for final disposal on 18.9.2024. 4.
