Fifty percent amount of compensation was directed to be deposited. Fifty percent thereof, i.e. 25% of the entire amount under the impugned award, has been withdrawn by the applicant who has suffered 85% of permanent disability.

For the reasons given in the application, remaining amount i.e. 25% of the entire amount under the impugned award is allowed to be withdrawn along with interest accrued thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
