1] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that in the award the name of the applicant is wrongly mentioned as 'Rankaj Raghunath Giri', it should be 'Pankaj Raghunath Giri'

, hence requested to transfer R. & P. of the First Appeal No.1958 of 2015 to the Reference Court for the purpose of said correction.

2] Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the applicants, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-A.

5880.20CA 3] The registry is directed to send back the R. & P. of First Appeal No.1958 of 2015 to the concerned Reference Court for making necessary correction in the name as prayed, with directions to return the same to this Court within eight [8] weeks from today.
