Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant has sought review of the order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 20 September 2017. By this order, the learned Single Judge has merely adjourned hearing of this petition making certain observations and awaiting the decision of the competent authority pursuant to the directions issued by the Division Bench.

The learned Counsel for the applicant sought to advance contentions as to correctness of the observations made in this order. However, it is informed that the writ petition No. 1379 of 2014 is still pending at the stage of admission. In these circumstances, order dated 20 September 2017 is only an ad-interim order. Whatever contentions petitioner wants to raise in this application, can be advanced by the petitioner in the pending writ petition. The review petition is accordingly disposed of.
