The prayer of the petitioners is for inclusion of their names in the voters list of the respondent No. 4/Co-operative society. 2.

The fact remains that the provisional voters list does not contain the names of the petitioners and as such, they raised objection to the provisional voters list seeking inclusion of their names in voters list. 3.

The petitioners have not taken any steps to that effect. 4.

Apart from above, the election programme has already commenced as today is the date fixed for declaration of validly nominated candidates. 5.

No interference is called for at this stage. The writ petition is dismissed.

However, this order will not preclude the petitioners from raising any election dispute.
