Mr.Suryawanshi, learned counsel for the petitioner states that proposal was moved for starting Residential Secondary School for girls. Under the impugned communication, the same is rejected. The learned counsel submits that the reliance on the Government Resolution dated 1.6.2006 is misplaced inasmuch as the same does not apply to Secondary Residential Schools. The same is meant for Ist to VIIth standards. In absence of any such scheme for Secondary School, the proposal could not have been rejected. 3.

Learned A.G.P. submits that considering the policy, the

order has been rightly passed.

The petitioner appears to have applied pursuant to the advertisement but subsequently in view of the Government Resolution, the policy was formulated in respect of grant of Residential Schools for girls in 100 Talukas. The Taluka for which the petitioner applied did not find place in the same. 5.

In view of that, the case of petitioner can not be considered. In case some fresh policy is introduced by the Government with regard to start of Residential Secondary School for girls, the petitioner in that case may apply afresh.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
