The Petitioner has put forth prayer clause 'C' as under :- "C. By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ like in nature under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, this Hon' ble Court may kindly direct the respondent No.1 to 4 to decide the representations issue by present petitioner dated 17.11.2022, 04.12.2022, 30.01.2023 and 07.02.2023."

The learned AGP, representing the Education Officer, submits that these representations would be considered by following the due procedure laid down in law and an appropriate decision would be khs/Feb.2023/2313

- 2 - arrived at keeping in view the jurisdiction of the Education Officer. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect respondent No.4 / Education Officer (Secondary) to deal with the representations dated 17.11.2022, 04.12.2022, 30.01.2023 and 07.02.2023, only if it is within his jurisdiction, by following the due procedure and by giving an opportunity of hearing to all stake holders.
