The applicant is seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1- Sow Shahid Begum Mohamad Rafi Shaikh, who admittedly died on 23/08/2023 by condoning the delay of 83 days.

Though the learned counsel for the respondents strongly opposed the application, but considering the right to sue, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B & C subject to cost of Rs.500/- to be paid to the Advocate Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad.

The amendment be carried out within stipulated period. 5.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
