Heard Mr. Shinde, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner is raising the grievance of non compliance of the order of this Court dated 05.04.2019, whereby respondent No.2 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalna, was directed to decide the representations of the petitioner within stipulated period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 3.

The copy of the petition was supplied to the office of the Government Pleader. The office of the Government Pleader sought

2 921-cp-173-2020.doc instructions from the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalna. It is accordingly informed to the office of the Government Pleader by communication dated 06.03.2020 that the application/representation of the petitioner is decided. It is submitted by Mr. Dande, learned AGP on instructions received from the Office of the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalna that there is some delay in decision and the same is due to administrative difficulty and procedural formalities. Mr. Dande, learned AGP submitted that the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalna, tendered his unconditional apology for the delay. 4.

As the order of this Court is duly complied with, the grievance raised in the petition is no more survives. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.

Needless to state that if the petitioner is having any grievance against the order of the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalna, he may avail appropriate remedies to challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
