By this application, the applicants seek permission to bring on record legal representatives of deceased respondent-Kausaji Rama Shejul as stated in paragraph no.2 of the application and also seek to set aside abatement by condoning delay of 19 days. 2.

Perused applicant and reasons as stated therein. Delay is appropriately explained. In result, there is no impediment in allowing application. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (B), (C) and (D).
