ORDER:- 1.

Heard the rival submissions. The applicant claimant is seeking condonation of delay of 2496 days in fling appeal. According to the application, the delay has been caused due to his shifting to other place. The learned A.G.P. strongly opposed the application on the ground that no reasonable cause is mentioned for condoning the delay. 2.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicant and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the delay of 2496 days stands condoned, subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the period of aforesaid delay.
