Present application has been filed by the original claimant for getting the delay of 2080 days condoned in filing first appeal. He intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the learned reference Court.

Learned AGP strongly objects to the application on the ground that the applicant has not shown just and reasonable ground to condone the delay.

Taking into consideration the fact that the applicant is an agriculturist, whose land has been acquired and since he is coming from

Civil Application stand allowed and disposed of accordingly. 5.

It is clarified that the applicant is not entitled to get interest for the period of 2080 days, in case of success to his appeal. 6.
