The applicant - petitioner prays for liberty to amend the petition by adding grounds and prayer clauses based on the subsequent events and the Government Resolution dated 07-12-2018.

We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocates for the appearing parties.

For the reasons set out in the civil application, the same is allowed on the following conditions :- (i) Formal amendment shall be carried out on or before 10-06-2022.

(ii) Freshly typed memo of the amended writ petition shall also be placed on

20-CA-6216-22 record on or before 10-06-2022. The copies of the same be supplied to colleague Advocates.

(iii) The respondents, may file affidavit-in reply or additional-affidavit in the light of the amendment, which is permitted today, proper pagination on or before 21-06-2022.

List Writ Petition No. 11847 of 2019 for admission hearing on 27th June, 2022.
