The respective Counsel submit that the parties to the petition have resolved their disputes amicably. That, the parties to the petition have filed a consent letter before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad, thereby agreeing to take divorce by mutual consent. Copy of the said compromise deed is placed on record. The same is taken on record and marked as Article "X" for the purpose of identification. Parties to the petition have also resolved to withdraw all cases filed against each other.
