PER COURT :- It is informed that, the proposal in respect of correction of area in the final plot No.17 situate at Shirasgaon, Tq Shrirampur, District: Ahemadnagar is pending for approval with the State Government since 2014 and no decision as yet has been taken. This petition can be disposed of by directing the State Government to take appropriate decision in the matter as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from today and it is accordingly directed. Writ petition is disposed of.
