The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that application is being filed seeking rental compensation with the authority, but the same is not being decided. The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 to 4.

The petitioners shall submit the application for rental compensation with the appropriate authority. The appropriate authority on receipt of the application for rental compensation shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law after hearing all parties concerned, preferably within (09) nine months from the date of receipt of the application.
