DATE : 22/11/2016 PER COURT :- Heard Mr.Brahme. After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, the position emerges that the Suit which is pending at Dhule has already reached the stage of final hearing whereas the Suit at Sangamner appears to be at preliminary stages. Further under order of this Court there is direction for disposal of the Suit at Dhule at an early date. Having regard to above, at this stage for the reasons as are appearing in the present Miscellaneous application and also looking at that the properties in the two suits are different, it does not appear to be expedient to cause interlude in further progress of the Suit at Dhule, by passing an order of transfer of proceeding from Sangamner at least at this stage of proceeding at Sangamner. Application as such is not to be considered and stands rejected.
