Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Though the petitioner approached this Court with a grievance of non compliance of the order of this Court and the copy was supplied to the office of the Zilla Parishad and respondent Nos.4,5 and 6 are the Officers/employees of the Zilla Parishad against whom a grievance was raised of non compliance of the order of this Court have filed their reply.

Learned counsel Mrs.Hoge Patil, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.4,5 & 6, invited our attention to a statement made in the affidavit-in-reply at paragraph 5. Our attention was also invited to the communication forwarded to the petitioner dated 31.07.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly admits that there is due compliance of the order of this Court and the grievance of the petitioner no more survives.

Considering all these facts, the petition is disposed of accordingly.
