The learned Registrar (Judicial) declined registration to the writ petitions since the petitioners did not remove office objections despite opportunities granted.

By these civil applications, the petitioners pray for quashing of the said order dated 09/01/2023, passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial). They undertake that, all office objections shall be removed within three weeks.

In view of the above, these civil applications are allowed. The delay of 14 days in filing these civil applications, is condoned, since the writ petitions were at a pre-registration stage. 4.

All office objections shall be removed on or before 10/03/2023. After office objections are removed, the writ petitions would stand restored and the order of the learned Registrar (Judicial) shall stand set aside.
