Advocate for the claimants seeks withdrawal of the amount deposited by the respondent in pursuance of the settlement in the Lok Adalat. Learned Advocate for the respondent has no objection. The Civil Application is allowed. Registrar shall pay the amount to the claimants on proper identification, subject to the terms and conditions as incorporated in the order of Lok Adalat.
