Pursuant to our order dated 01.03.2023, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner would file a PIL and is willing to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- as a deposit under Rule 7A (i) of the Bombay High Court PIL Rules, 2010. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. In the event, the Petitioner prefers a PIL, he would deposit an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- in this Court. So also, the learned Registrar (Judicial) shall scrutinize the file, strictly in accordance with the Bombay High Court PIL Rules, 2010 and submit a report.
