Heard Mr. Raut, learned counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

A perusal of the impugned show cause notice dated 02.02.2022 issued by the Special Executive Magistrate, Osmanpura, Division, Aurangabad shows that that Petitioner was directed to execute a Bond of good conduct for the period of two years. The said period is already expired.

Learned APP submits that the cause of action for filing of the present Petition does not survive.

In view of the above submission, the Petition is disposed 908.criwp259.22.odt

of as the cause of action does not survive. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to approach this Court as and when a fresh cause of action arises.
