The Applicant states that Writ Petition No.3253/2000 is pending for final hearing. The Applicant had suffered termination on 13.10.1997. The Applicant is already 65 years old and the retiral benefits are not paid on account of the impugned termination order. It is prayed that the petition be taken up for final hearing. The learned Advocate for the Respondent No.1 has not opposed the request for final hearing.
