This matter was heard for some time and posted today for orders. The learned M.R.T. had reserved Revision Petition No.11/B/2010/Dhule for delivering judgment, on 13/02/2018. The impugned order is delivered on 30/11/2018.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that respondent No.3 is a co-petitioner, is a formal party and is supporting the petitioner. Hence no notice is necessary. 3.

The learned Advocate for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits on khs/Sept. 2019/11280

- 2 - instructions that if a time bound programme is directed, the matter can be remitted to the learned M.R.T. for advancing fresh arguments and for delivering a judgment.

In view of the above, this petition is partly allowed only for the reason that the learned M.R.T. has reserved the matter on 13/02/2018 and delivered it's judgment on 30/11/2018. 5.

The said Proceeding No.11/B/2010/Dhule shall stand remitted to the Office of the learned M.R.T. at Aurangabad. The litigating sides agree to appear before the learned M.R.T. on 03/10/2019. They shall advance their oral submissions as per the convenience of the learned M.R.T. having camp at Aurangabad. It is expected that the learned M.R.T. would deliver a judgment in the said proceedings as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 60 days after reserving the matter for judgment.
