Since the delay is condoned and the first appeals are pending and the point raised is that the reference Court has enhanced the amount of compensation more than four times and for all the other points those have been raised, the first appeals need to be considered. Under such circumstance, the application for stay is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to deposit of entire decreetal amount in this Court along with the accrued interest within a period of eight weeks from (1)
