This is an application by the husband and his relatives seeking quashing of FIR at Cr.No.47/2016, registered with MIDC Police Station, Jalgaon, for the offences under Sections 498A, 406, 523, 504 & 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, lodged by Respondent No.2-wife.

The husband and wife have amicably settled the dispute and a decree of divorce is granted to them. In the affdavit fled before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalgaon in

{2} crappln40921.odt HMP No.41/2020, a specifc clause is incorporated stating that the proceedings fled by the husband and wife against each other shall be withdrawn.

In view of the compromise, Criminal Application is allowed. The FIR at Cr.No.47/2016, registered with MIDC Police Station, Jalgaon, for the offences under Sections 498A, 406, 523, 504 & 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, and further proceedings are hereby quashed and set aside. Criminal Application No.1931/2021 does not survive and is disposed of accordingly in view of disposal of main application.
