After having heard learned counsel for the appellant, the Court expressed disinclination to grant relief. He, therefore, came around to withdraw the same with a rider that sum of Rs.50,000/-, deposited by him as per the directions of this Court, be paid back to him. 2.

The facts are that the appellant had engaged minor children and the said amount is deposited towards their salary/wages. Therefore, the said amount be paid to those labours towards their salary/wages. If anything remains thereafter, the same be returned to him. The payment be made as per the rates quoted by the informant in the First Information Report. 3.
