DATE : 17th February, 2025 Per Court :- The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that branding death of her husband as not accidental but due to heart attack, she has been deprived of Gopinath Munde Shetkari Apghat Sanugraha Anudan Yojna as per the government resolution dated 19.04.2023.

The petitioner claims to have preferred some kind of appeal addressed to the Collector.

In the light of the mechanism of preferring an appeal and its consideration by the District Level Appellate Committee

*2* 72wp2340o25 headed by the Collector, in our considered view, the Writ Petition can be conveniently disposed of with direction to respondent No.3 Collector to take steps for taking up the appeal before the Committee under the aforementioned resolution for its decision. Even if no such appeal is preferred, we permit the petitioner to prefer such appeal. If she does so, it shall be considered and decided by the appellate committee in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks therefrom. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
