Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the respondents/State.

The applicants have been arrested on 3rd January, 2023. They have undergone P. C.R. Nothing has been recovered from them. There appears no material progress in the investigation. The offence is under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The antecedents to the discredit of the applicants may not be a ground to refuse the bail. However, considering the allegations levelled against the applicants, certain conditions may be imposed while granting them bail. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant No.1 Lakhan Avdhut Jadhav, applicant No.2 Janardhan @ Gajanan Balabhau Kale and applicant No.3 Mehraj @ Kalu Rehman Syed, be released on bail on furnishing P. B. and S.B. of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of the like amount each, in Crime No. 189 of 2022 registered with Ramtirth, District Nanded for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code on the condition that they shall attend the Police Station on every Wednesday, between 12.00 noon to 4 p.m. till filing chargesheet.
