Mr. B. N. Magar, learned counsel for the appellant, is present virtually. At the outset, he seeks leave to correct the prayer clause to amend the description of the Family Court Appeal. The appellant has filed Civil Application No. 3150 of 2025, praying for substituted service, alleging that the respondent is avoiding service despite efforts to serve the respondent by regular mode of service. For the reasons stated in the civil application, the same is allowed. The appellant is permitted to serve the respondent by paper
