Heard both sides. Perused the Contempt Petition and the annexures thereto, including the order of this Court, contempt of which is complained of. That has been complied with not within the time schedule and limit prescribed, but thereafter. The explanation for the delay has been set out on the affidavit of a public official. He has fairly stated that he was involved in carrying out and performing another public duty. 2.

This explanation for the delay is also reasonable. In these circumstances, we do not desire to proceed in contempt. The Contempt Petition is dismissed.
