Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for respondents no. 4 and 5 contends that plaintiff challenges cancellation of mutation entry directly in the high court by-passing the remedies, as may be available alternatively.

Learned counsel for petitioner though purports to dispute, having regard to that challenge is to cancellation of mutation entry, it would be open for the petitioner, to take recourse to possible alternate remedy.
