Looking to the application that, it is for suspension of sentence which is already suspended by the learned Trial Court and by way of ad interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 16.02.2023. 3.

Today, learned advocate Mr. Ambetkar appears for respondent No. 2. Therefore, hearing is given to all the parties. After hearing the parties, this Court finds that, the application can be disposed off today itself by continuing the order dated 16.02.2023. Hence, the following order.

The criminal application is allowed.

The applicant to furnish fresh bail and bonds in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand only) with one solvent surety in the equal amount before the Trial Court.
