Heard Ms. Jadhav, learned advocate for the applicant. Present application is filed seeking to condone delay of 49 days caused in filing the review application.

Perused the application and reasons stated therein. According to applicant, due to poverty she could not arrange for necessary expenses for filing review. As such, delay has been occurred, which is unintentional. Further, applicant has filed a Medical Certificate showing that she had suffered injury due to fall and advised rest. 3.

Considering the aforesaid facts, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. Hence, application is allowed. Delay is condoned. [S.G. CHAPALGAONKAR, J] grt/-
