P.C. :- The applicant seeks to bring legal heirs of respondent No.1-E on record of Civil application No. 8630 of 2007 as well as the pending Second appeal.

It appears that respondent No.1-E - Jubedabee d/o. Gafur Shah expired on 17.10.2013. The death certificate is placed on record. The proposed legal heirs seek permission to replace the deceased respondent No.1-E.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay in filing the present application is duly explained. In that view of the matter, the
