PER COURT :- 1.

Present application has been fled for condonation of delay of 43 days in fling criminal appeal. The present applicant is original accused in Special Case Child Prot. No.7 of 2018. He has been convicted by learned Special Judge / Additional Sessions Judge, Hingoli on 30-09-2022 after holding him guilty under Sections 366, 376(2)(m), 376(2)(j), 342 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, under Sections 4 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Ofences Act and under Sections 3(2)(v) and 3(1)(w)(i) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. 2.

Heard learned Advocate for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent State.

The applicant appears to be not released on bail since the date of arrest and then he says that since there is nobody in his family who could make arrangement for fling of the appeal, delay has been caused. 4.

Good ground is shown for condoning the delay. Under such circumstance, application stands allowed. Delay stands condoned. Registry to verify and register the appeal.
