Parties during the pendency of the Second Appeal have arrived at a compromise. The compromise terms are duly verified before the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Both the learned Advocates have accepted the said position. The affidavit is verified by all the parties. A copy of the partition deed is placed on record along with the said affidavit and is taken on record. The affidavit along with its copy is executed on 10.03.2023.
