Heard both sides.

The present applicant, who is arrested by Varangaon Police Station, District Jalgaon, in Crime No. 64/2014, registered for the offences punishable under section 307, 324, 452, 504, 506, 34 of the I.P. Code, is praying for his release on bail.

The present applicant's earlier application for grant of similar relief, bearing Criminal Application No. 6739/2014, was allowed to be withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 20th December, 2014 with liberty to file similar application after receipt of the Chemical Analyzer's report. Hence, the present application. 4.
The papers as well as submissions from both sides would show that the present applicant has allegedly beaten the victim of the offence and has administered poison (thymet) to the victim. While the history given to the Medical Officer is that of unknown poisoning, the Chemical Analyzer's report, now received, would show that in the stomach-wash, no poison was found.

Considering the overall material on record, in my view, the applicant can be released on bail, on certain conditions. Hence, the following order:- 6.
The application is allowed. The applicant - Ganesh Janrao Patil be released on bail in Crime No. 64/2014, registered with Varangaon Police Station,
District Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under section 307, 324, 452, 504, 506, 34 of the I.P. Code, on his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount.

The applicant shall not any way attempt to influence the prosecution witnesses in any manner. .
The applicant shall not enter the territorial jurisdiction of village Dhanori, Tq. Bodwad, District Jalgaon for a period of two years or till the trial is concluded, whichever occurs earlier, without prior permission from the concerned Court.
