Learned counsel for the appellant submits that, respondent No. 2 was appellant's father and he has expired. Respondent No. 1 is served with notice but she has not filed reply. There is delay of only one day in filing the present application. The delay caused in filing the instant application is only on account of poverty and difficulty in raising money. Considering the short delay, the delay is condoned. The registry to take up the matter for scrutiny and numbering. 2.
