This Civil Application has been taken out by the petitioner to bring on record documents received
(2) C.A. No. 05783 of 2017 by the petitioner subsequent to filing of the petition. The applicant - petitioner seeks to rely upon the documents, annexed with the Civil Application, at the time of hearing of the Writ Petition.

It would be appropriate to permit the petitioner to amend the Writ Petition and bring on record the documents annexed with the Civil Application, so that the same could be considered in the consolidated petition.

Hence, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. The petitioner - applicant shall serve copy of the amended petition on the respondents.
